Floating Matrix MLM Compensation Plan

I'm loving it!

Here's a business plan that has global bonuses , matching bonuses and a matrix that resets all positions every month.

Vetereran network marketers know of the "log jam" effect that can block money flowing from your organization, and this is because of the built-in faulty aspect of a regular matrix plan.

However, there is now a matrix plan whereby anyone (any affiliate) in the whole company can be a part of anyone's downline or organization. It now doesn't matter if your buddy got in a year earlier than you. He can be in your downline the next month. It doesn't matter if someone was from another team , ie. from crossline . They can be in your downline too!

In fact, you can get paid as if you completely filled your matrix (but in reality you only brought in a few 3 or 5 people).

It's all based on performance. The more income-producing activity for that month, the more points you are awarded. Then, at the end of the month, the computer puts
ALL affiliates, company-wide (not just those in your team) into a pool, and it fills a matrix starting with the distributor with the most points at the top, then fills a matrix left to right with those affiliates with the next highest points and so on. If they are tied in points, then the one who registered earlier gets placed first. After commissions are calculated, the computer de-structures the company-wide matrix until the end of the next month.

And here's a bonus - there are
matching bonuses. Whatever certain affiliates or distributors earn, you are paid the same amount. Very cool!

There's additional income channel too :
global bonuses . You earn a share of the revenue (not profit {a smaller number]) for that month.

ORAC , Mangosteen , and Morinda Inc

So, many of our friends, relatives and acquaintances know that I am a distributor of noni juice. A lot of the time, when someone learns that I am "into" health supplements, they ask me, "do you know about mangosteen or Xango?"
The first thought that comes into mind is that I see a picture of a hooded cloaked figures tip-toeing from one room to another. If you ever research or Google "Xango" and "Morinda", you'll find that in the early early days of Morinda (the parent company of the company I distribute for), a couple of executive officers of Morinda had been sneaking behind Morinda's back, while being employed by Morinda... they suddenly left the company and immediately started a company called Xango. It's interesting... when I visit Xango's webpage, the advertising text is almost the same verbage as the ad copy of the noni juice company I'm with! It was rumored that at the time Xango was started, Morinda was about to come up with their own line of mangosteen-based juices.
Well, did you know that Morinda is also the parent company of an outfit called Pure Fruit Technologies? Check it out at http://www.purefruittechnologies.com .
Now get this, PFT has a line of health supplement products, one of which is a mangosteen drink! It's called MangoXan . Now check this out: the ORAC score of MangoXan is much higher than Xango! Google around and you'll find out this fact.

So, yeah, in response to people who are always asking me if I've heard of mangosteen and Xango , I say, "Yeah. Great stuff. The company I'm with does mangosteen too!" I smile. Why? I smile because distributors for Morinda's noni juice company can be entitled to bonuses from a pool of profits from all of Morinda Holdings' companies (Pure Fruit Technologies, Tahitian Noni Cafe, Morinda Entertainment, Stephen's Cocoa, Motu's Grill) !

Now take that to the bank, Xango guys!

How do I market "noni juice" as a business?

Okay, okay, I DO tend to go on and on about noni juice, right? Why? Because I am a sold believer in this fruit myself , what it has done for me and my family from a health perspective, and also, I am excited to share this with people whom I know it may prove beneficial.
Yes, I do this as a way to make my income, full-time income, that is. How? Through network marketing.

Very HELPFUL Ebay Tip

I discovered a way to get your Ebay bid in at the most strategic time.... check it out:

Gixen - free eBay sniper!

Here's an excerpt from the website:
Why snipe?

As eBay is using proxy bidding, legitimate question is - why snipe at all? If you submit your bid at eBay early, and if your maximum bid is higher than that of a sniping user, you will win regardless. While this fact is true, user experience and even some scientific research conducted says that sniping does pay. Here are some reasons why.

1. Your early bid is an important information for other bidders. This specially applies to rare items, value of which is directly determined by interest. Other bidders may realize true value of an item only after you submit your bid. By bidding early, you are helping them, and that's against your own interest.
2. Bidders tend to be overly optimistic, and therefore enter value lower than what they are really ready to pay. Leave them time to bid again after being outbid, and you will end up paying more, or lose the item you ar ding on.
3. Bidders get excited during , and are often ready to bid way more than what is rational.
4. Ever been victim of shill bidding? It's a fraudulent practice used by some sellers to inflate the price of an item by using another eBay ID to bid on their own item (and retracting bid if they go too far. Be especially careful if bidders' IDs are kept private). If you use sniping, fraudulent sellers have no time to conduct shill bidding.
